Happy hour and dinner at sketch was an experience itself. The food was good, and the drinks were incredibly delicious. We were there an hour early so we sitting at the Parlour for some light snacks and drinks.

When it was time for our dinner reservation, they took us to the forever Pink Gallery to dine. The over all decor of the restaurant was like a scene from Alice in the Wonderland. A theme different in everyone room.

On the Menu:

  • Bordelaise snail croquettes, aubergine caviar
  • Beef fillet and foie gras rossini with grilled cabbage and mache salad
  • Lobster fricassee with sweetcorn veloute and baby carrots
  • Frosted grapefruit, pinaapple, orange cream, burrata and Campari ice cream
  • Panna cotta with poppy loukoum, lemon Wurtz and Cristal de Vent with Malabar-flavoured ice cream

What really stood out to us was their bathroom. As we entered the room, there was a DJ lounge area right before us. Up the staircase was a bright white room of Individual egg-shape toilet pods. If you go in, the light gets dim and if you are lucky some of them play nature music in the background. What an interesting experience. Definitely worth checking it out, if you’ve never been.
